Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Orders are confirmed after successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, billing and delivery information.

Digital Resources
Digital materials are provided for personal learning use only. Sharing, copying, reselling or distributing our digital content without permission is not permitted.

Delivery
Physical products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability and courier services.

Returns & Refunds
Customers should contact AGC Student Services within 7 days of receiving a physical product if it is damaged, defective or incorrect. Digital resources that have been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law.
